About us

Our clients include over 400 producers and distributors in the food and beverage industry. We supply over 15 countries in Europe and other continents, as well as the entire Russian Federation.

The expansion of our plant was completed in 2013, when all three production lines became fully operational. We are able to produce green, amber and colourless glass containers simultaneously.

In 2017 we produced over 800 million units of glass packaging. We became one of the largest glass packaging producers in Russia.

Production Glass Production Hall

Three furnaces with a design capacity of up to 440 tons per day, were developed by the Czech company ’’Teplotechna-Prima’’ and are energy-efficient, with a low heat loss. For the heating of the furnaces, gas burners “ECLIPS” (USA) are used, as well as an additional electric heating on the furnace, which improves the quality of the glass. The process of melting glass is completely automated.

Production Production Area

4 glass forming machines IS-12 made by “SKLOSTROJ” (Czech Republic) and 8 glass-forming machines made by GPS (Germany) are able to produce over 1.1 billion units of wide range of glass containers a year.
The molten glass is fed from the furnace, through the working channel and feeders made by the British company ’’BH-F’’, which today are considered to be among the best in the world. In addition to the standard glass containers, we produce lightweight packaging using the NNPB (Narrow Neck Press and Blow) method.

Production Quality Control

Continuous automatic quality control is based on 105 different indicators, on inspection equipment made by the French company ’’MSC&SGCC’’.
To meet the international standards of quality, our modern chemical laboratory tests the samples of containers for the timely detection of deviations from established norms.
The department of ACS TP provides continuous control and monitoring of all processes of glass production with the help of high-tech systems based on microcontrollers. Inspection lines such as ’’ICAM COMBI’’ are installed on the control line of the production and multifunctional machines ’’type M 270 PCI’’ monitor and reject containers with inconsistencies.

Production Modern Technologies

All areas of production are served by manufacturing equipment from the leading European companies such as ’’All Glass ’’- Italy, ’’Thimon’’ - France, ’’Pennekamp’’ - Germany’, ’’Revimac’’ – Italy and ’’BT- Wolfgang Binder GmbH’’ – Austria.

Innovative Technologies of GLASS PACKAGING

  • We produce glass containers using the ’Narrow Neck Press and Blow’ method, which allows to achieve a lightweight container. New equipment is installed on the glass-forming machines, which allows automatic control of the process. This modification of the equipment includes a modern system of radial and axial cooling of the molds on the roughing and finishing side, which allows the glass to be distributed evenly in the product and eliminates many types of defects in production.
  • An optical sorting of cullet from ’’BT-Wolfgang Binder GmbH’’ (Austria), allows us to sort the cullet by colours in automatic mode. With the introduction of this technology, we are able to sort and clean up to 33 tons of cullet per hour.
  • Our Composite Area includes: - 19 bunkers for raw materials; - new vibrating screens, guaranteeing high productivity and quality of screening – up to 25 tons per hour. Specially designed and patented sieving technology makes it possible to make sieves of compact dimensions: 3.5 m2 each. The filter surface in these new systems is 3 times bigger than the surface of conventional filters. The degree of purification is brought to 99.9%, and the residual dust concentration does not exceed 2 mg / m3, providing safe and healthy working conditions for personnel and preventing dust emissions into the surrounding atmosphere.
